Shipping policy
AXIA Station (axiastation.ca) is a Canada-based retailer of Asian products including Japanese and Korean beauty, snacks, beverages, and household goods. We currently ship within Canada only. We also operate physical stores in Ottawa and Montreal.
Local Delivery
Shipping Destinations
- We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories.
- We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
Order Processing Time
- Order processing and dispatch take up to 1–2 business days.
- Our team does not operate on weekends or statutory holidays.
Shipping Rates
Ontario and Quebec
- $9.95 flat rate on orders under $69.
- Free shipping thresholds by weight:
- Free over $69 (up to 2 kg)
- Free over $79 (up to 3 kg)
- Free over $89 (up to 4 kg)
- Free over $99 (up to 5 kg)
- Free over $129 (up to 10 kg)
- Overweight/oversize: Additional fees may apply and will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.
Other Canadian Provinces and Territories
- Up to 30% shipping subsidy applied. Your discounted rate will be shown at checkout.
Transit Times
- Standard transit: typically 2–8 business days depending on destination.
- Remote and Northern areas may require additional time.
- Transit estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Weather, carrier capacity, and holidays may cause delays.
Shipping Delays
- We strive to process your order within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, the carrier is responsible for pickup, transit, and final delivery.
- We are not responsible for unexpected carrier delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Tracking
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships.
- Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after carrier pickup.
Failed Delivery
- We are not responsible for issues arising from unclaimed parcels or incorrect/incomplete order information provided prior to shipment. Any additional re-delivery or reshipment costs may be charged to the customer.
- Please verify your shipping address and order details carefully at checkout to ensure proper and timely delivery.
- If your package is redirected to a designated pickup location (e.g., a post office), you are responsible for collecting it. Unclaimed or refused packages will be returned to us. In such cases, a partial refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee and any original and return shipping/handling charges where applicable.
- We are not responsible for packages left at designated pickup locations.
Stolen or Missing Packages After Delivery
- We are not responsible for packages that are stolen, missing, or left unattended after the carrier has delivered to the address provided. In these situations, customers are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or reshipments. Please consider shipping to a secure location and monitor tracking updates.
Damaged or Missing Items on Arrival
- Please report any damage within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the outer packaging, shipping label, and affected item(s). Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
- For missing items, first check for partial shipments and your packing slip. If items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In-Store Pick-Up Policy

Eligible Products
- All product categories, including Snacks, Food Essentials, Beauty & Household, and Frozen items.
Pick-Up Time
- We aim to process your order within 2 to 8 business hours during our regular store hours (11:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Sunday).
- Please wait for a system notification confirming your order is ready before coming to the store.
Fees
- There is no additional charge for in-store pick-up.
